Linux Systems Administrator
Linux infrastructure behind a modern electronic trading platform used by market operators across Europe. You'll run RHEL-based production systems built on automation and reproducibility, troubleshoot client environments, and build test systems that replicate live deployments. Hiring at both mid and senior level. This keeps markets running, not internal tools.
The work
Some Linux jobs keep internal tools running. This one keeps markets running. You will join the infrastructure team behind a modern electronic trading platform used by institutions and market operators across Europe. The systems handle huge volumes of real-time activity, so reliability and precision matter. This is not legacy maintenance: the environment is built around automation, reproducibility and clean operational discipline. There is real variety too, including occasional travel to client sites across Europe for installations and technical workshops. Hiring at both mid and senior level.
What you'll be doing
- Deploy and maintain RHEL-based platforms in production
- Troubleshoot client environments by analysing logs, system behaviour and configuration
- Build internal test environments that replicate live deployments
- Automate provisioning and operational workflows across Linux systems
- Work with development teams to diagnose and resolve platform issues, and keep documentation current
What you'll need
It helps if you have worked with configuration management such as Ansible, Git-based workflows and CI/CD, and automated provisioning tools like PXE, Kickstart or Satellite. Exposure to financial or low-latency systems is useful but not essential.
- Strong Linux administration in RHEL-based environments
- Solid Bash scripting for automation and operational tooling
- Experience managing production Linux infrastructure
