I am Richard. I built Ocean Red after nearly two decades of placing engineers and specialists across trading technology, market data, and financial technology.

I've worked agency side, and I have been on the inside, as an internal recruiter at Series A FinTech through its growth from fifty to over a hundred people. I know what the work actually looks like, and I'm good at it, but everyone says that right? Try me.
