Full-cycle Account Executive for an AI content compliance company scaling in the US market. You'll own pipeline generation and complex B2B SaaS deals from prospecting to close, selling into legal, compliance and marketing teams across regulated industries. A genuine hunter-farmer seat owning a US territory with real headroom, $100k–$500k deal sizes against a $1.5M+ quota.

The role

This is a hunter and farmer seat owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, while nurturing existing accounts to drive expansion. You take a proactive approach to pipeline: identifying the right industries, accounts and stakeholders, and creating opportunities through outbound, networking and creative go-to-market. The company is an AI business in content compliance, scaling in the US, and you would own a territory with significant headroom.

What you'll own

  • Pipeline generation through direct prospecting, outbound campaigns and work with marketing and partners
  • The full sales cycle, from qualification and discovery through negotiation and close
  • Complex SaaS deal cycles across legal, compliance and marketing stakeholders
  • Expansion in existing accounts through QBRs, workshops and upsell or cross-sell
  • Territory strategy alongside leadership, across verticals including fintech, financial services, CPG, travel and life sciences

What you'll need

Familiarity with marketing compliance, regulated industries or AI-driven SaaS is a strong plus.

  • A proven track record owning the full cycle in complex B2B SaaS
  • Experience closing $100k to $500k deals and consistently hitting a $1.5M+ quota
  • Consistent pipeline generation through outbound and creative prospecting
  • Consultative selling, with the ability to uncover pain and build a business case
  • Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders in legal, compliance and marketing
